At Mirage Medical Spa, we value your time and ours. To provide the best possible experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a $100 fee.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the $100 fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
