Before you enroll

Important membership terms

  • Initial commitment: Three paid months — $507 for Glow or $837 for Elite.
  • Automatic billing: Membership continues month to month following the initial term unless canceled according to the agreement.
  • Monthly treatment: One designated facial per billing cycle. Unused treatments expire at the end of the cycle and do not roll over or convert into credits.
  • Cancellation: After the initial commitment, at least 30 days’ written notice is required. Applicable charges during the notice period remain payable.
  • Discount limitations: Eligible purchases only; cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, or special offers. Discounts are not retroactive.
  • Birthday credits: Valid only during the member’s birthday month; unused credit expires and has no cash value.
  • Appointments: Advance booking is required. Scheduling is subject to availability; cancellation and no-show fees still apply.
  • Clinical suitability: Treatments are subject to provider assessment and approval. Benefits are non-transferable.
